State law requires an adult signature (aged over 21years) at the time of delivery for every package containing wine. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure an adult is available to sign for the shipment at delivery.
All wine orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx who will attempt delivery up to three times. Upon the third missed delivery attempt, your shipment will be returned to David Family Wines. If this occurs, we will contact you to cover the new shipping charge for it to be sent again.
David Family Wines does not accept liability for shipments once in transit. We follow the guidelines and rules set by UPS and FedEx who provide tracking information and proof of delivery for every shipment.

Changing an order
While we try our best to accommodate order change requests, the timing for such requests is critical. Please contact us as soon as possible to change an order.
We are unable to cancel an order or accept returns as wine is a perishable good and there is no way for us to ensure it was stored in appropriate conditions.
For Members, the Black Label wines are custom allocation items and all sales are final.
We know that in life, unusual circumstances happen and we will give consideration where appropriate to cancel an order. All cancellations will incur a 15% restocking fee.
