TASTING NOTES: Elegant and refined notes of plum, strawberry, cassis, beautifully balanced with earthy notes of Mushroom, hay, tobacco.
A long growing season with moderate weather lead to an early harvest, allowing us to avoid damaging fall rains. Overall the continued drought conditions meant that the crop size was smaller than usual but the grapes that survived are stronger, more resilient and therefore fuller in flavor and nuance.
