State law requires an adult signature (aged over 21years) at the time of delivery for every package containing wine. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure an adult is available to sign for the shipment at delivery.
All wine orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx who will attempt delivery up to three times. Upon the third missed delivery attempt, your shipment will be returned to David Family Wines. If this occurs we will contact you to resend, please note additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
David Family Wines does not accept liability for shipments once in transit. We follow the guidelines and rules set by UPS and FedEx who provide tracking information and proof of delivery for every shipment.
